I have attained direct practical knowledge of the law through litigation in the courts and through negotiations for settlements.
The costs of retaining a lawyer is beyond the means of most people. Over the years I have provided consultation services for persons who could not afford lawyers and had to represent themselves in courts or at settlement meetings.
I will provide you with advice on which court/legal document(s) to look for, how and where to look. How to sort out court/legal documents, which court to go to, how to serve and file a court document.
Sometimes, one is not sure on whether she/he can sue. On the other hand, if one is sued, whether she/he should put up a defence or negotiate.
