Experience & Qualifications

I have designed and analyzed workplace surveys for more than three and a half million employees, have patented several survey assessment tools, and testified before Congress on the relation between employee motivation and objectively measured performance. I've also served on the faculty of the Business School at the University of Michigan, and worked as an expert witness in numerous legal cases where survey data have been at issue.
