Experience & Qualifications

I have taught in early childhood educational facilities for both children in the mainstream educational system as well as special programs for the gifted and learning difficulties.
I have taught children with extreme behavioural difficulties and children with Autism and other known medical or developmental conditions.
I have mainly worked with young children and so dealt with their parents at a time when they are accepting and grieving for their child's situation.
I have watched programs succeed and fail and seen parents struggle and survive through all issues relating to a child either being born with a 'difference' or acquiring a condition affecting their development and their family.
Therefore I have knowledge, and ideas which are beneficial and am willing to impart and support in anyway I am able.
