I am a licensed massage therapist with an expertise in the field of energy medicine and sports injuries. I am also a Reiki Master in Usui Reiki and can do distance healing over the phone. In addition, I am also a Wellness Consultant who can counsel people on the importance of proper diet, exercise,clean air, clean water and bodywork, in other words a holistic, mind/body approach to wellness.

I have 4 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, involved in my own practice as well as working in a PT clinic with many sports injuries of all kinds. I am qualified to do many tyes of bodywork, including prenatal massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue, foot reflexology, Reiki, energy work, Shamanistic healing, charka clearing, crystals, and aromatherapy. I can also do distance Reiki healing sessions.
