I have had many years of training in kitchens, markets, wine stores, and venues. In the past, I have successfully ran a catering business, a speciality baking business, hosting, planning, and decorating services. I have entered many cooking contests, and pride my best at the third place winner with Emeril Lagasse. I have mastered many types of cooking, and have learned by trial and error which are the best.
