I provide personalized nutrition counseling to all aspects of nutrition. Approaches suggested will be individualized based on a person's preferences. An individual's preferences is always taken into consideration for the suggested recommendation to work. MOTIVATION in every individual is the key.

Experience & Qualifications

I have at least 10 years of working as a clinical dietitian in the healthcare field. I have lots of experiences giving nutrition education and counseling to all kinds of disease states including, but not limited to, weight loss, eating disorders, diabetes, kidney and liver failure, and GI problems. I have been invited by schools to talk to students about the importance of nutrition and exercise. Additionally, I have also been invited to lecture engagements involving allied health professionals.
