I have worked for 15 years with children with various special needs, including autism.
I am a parent of three. My oldest has cerbral palsy and dystonia. I have been on both sides of the fence as a therapist and a parent of a child with special needs. This has given me an special insight to parenting and understanding of the life of parents with special needs. I have experience and knowledge in developmental milestones, autism redflags, sensory integration dysfunction, sensory issues, handwriting issues and advocating for special services in the school setting .

I have advocated and for children with special needs in the education setting both as a therapist and as a parent. I have worked with children on the autism spectrum for 15 years. I have seen early warning signs and can help identify signs that may require further investigation. I am very knowledgeable in sensory integration, therapeutic listening and interactive metronome programs.
