1. Study organisational structures, methods, systems and procedures used in industrial establishments and other organisations. Discuss business and organizational shortcomings with clients. Undertake and review work studies by analyzing existing operating procedures and advise of any departures form procedures and standards. Experience & Qualifications

My professional consulting experience is over 15 years. My main duties have included: 1. Preparing annual Business Plans for the operations including signing off on operating budget and sales expenses, reviewing operating procedures and advising of any departures from defined standards 2. Management, analysis and control of administrative procedures including supervision of accounting systems, preparation of financial statements and reports, fiscal and finance audits, transfer pricing audits, inventory reports, invoicing, revenue collection. In order to propose and implement new procedures and approved recommendations as required by the basic operation transactions in country 3. Management and preparation of relationships procedures with banks used by the company, in relation to treasury, including signing cheques, authorising wire transfers, monitoring cash flow, and daily reporting on financial position. 4. Management of outsourced import and export function including procurement and drafting of documents required for the import and export of materials and products, oversighting transport logistics for the transportation merchandise and goods to customer laboratories and arranging insurance for the goods during delivery and installation 5. Management and supervision of legal and fiscal matters related to human resource management including authorisation of payroll, and management of international trade issues with the support of the external legal provider 6. Management of the communications requirements of the company including setting policies, procedure manuals, and supervising the outsourced provider of computer, telephone network services and internet services 7. Coordination of visa procedures done on behalf of executives, such as the Administration Director, President, and Vice-president, and employees from Japan. 8. Providing management support to sales and service department teams, including records and reports of their activities. Making recommends to have more appropriate job descriptions, work flows, methods and procedures, in his capacity as Administration Manager. 9. Coordination of the legal preparation of quotes for government bid contest participations. Issuing and recommending appropriate instructions, to follow the Commerce law procedures in side the company transactions. 10. Management and review of the office, cars, insurance, electricity, assets, rent and whole clerical procedures. 11. Assisting in the development of objectives, strategies and business plan goals and procedures for the achievment of good profits and revenues in the company, through the efficient use of the organisation's resources in the operation transactions 12. I have implanted a budget system for manage stocks, a booking system and an expert system for helping the CPA job. 13. I have diagnosed and recommended 30 corporations to achieve the National Technology Award in the sectors of Technology Information, Chemical processing and GPS maps, for 10 years as a judge of the award.
