Sex therapy is an umbrella term for a range of modalities and perspectives aiding people on their sexual and erotic journeys. Sex therapy with me comes from the framework of Sex Counseling, Somatic Sex Education and Sex Coaching.
Sex counseling draws upon my background within Counseling, Psychological and Sexology. In its very essence, it is traditional counseling with a sexual or erotic well-being focus.
I am trained by Joseph Kramer, PhD from the New School of Erotic Touch and IASHS to deliver Somatic Sex Education and Sexological Bodywork. Somatic Sex Education is erotic and sexual education that is body based learning. You will learn to become more comfortable within your erotic self and with others by learning body based sensate focus activities through instructions and via educational clips(no extra cost).
Sex Coaching involves us collaborating to create erotic learning goals facilitating your growth between sessions. This is very important as erotic change is the result of sustained erotic practice over time.
Both Sex Coaching and Somatic Sex Education facilitates one to deepen their experience within their own body and its sensation(erotic embodiment)allowing more bliss and pleasure.
A session can have an education and coaching focus, with learning topics such as;
G spot or G zone, A spot and C or Cervix spot pleasuring or orgasms, Clitoral Orgasms,Female Ejaculation, Sensate, pleasure and anatomical mapping, anal pleasure and pleasuring, Multi-orgasmic men
lasting longer and non ejaculatory sex.
These online sessions can be for individuals, couples and groups.

Experience & Qualifications

I have been working within the helping fields for over 15 years and have seen the impact that different life challenges have upon sexual well being and pleasure.
Within my own private practice, I do a lot of work with with people with a disability, who are of a mature age and people who have experienced trauma and have challenges with online pornography.
I also am currently employed as a sexual health educator and peer support for sex-workers. I have also been active within BDSM and sacred sexuality community and have extensive experience as a sensual masseur within the adult industry.
