Experience & Qualifications

Organizational Change/ Change Management – Led the organizational design effort for a Fortune 500 client that encompasses their entire Purchasing Organization. The implemented design will support a $70 MM annual cost savings for client. Additionally, led the design and implementation of supportive organizational change management processes for 3 large scale Fortune 150 technology (SAP) projects using PW’s BetterTechTM approach (which is comprised of methods from PW’s Change IntegrationR. Achieved significant results for clients that were committed to the organizational, people, and cultural ‘levers of change’. Assignments impacted client groups sized from 1,000+ to 22,000+ End Users (IBM PCCo, FMC, Bristol-Myers Squibb = 3 SAP projects).

Strategic Organizational Design & Realignment – Developed and implemented a corporate reorganization that impacted a major region of operation encompassing over 700 employees and five states. Engineered a “Decision Alignment” process that streamlined management levels while providing a positive participative management environment to support the required change in management roles and responsibilities (Texaco USA -- $10 Million savings).

Business Analysis, Design & Reengineering – Analyzed, designed and implemented creative methods, systems, policies and procedures within a variety of new, established, and under-productive environments. Management areas encompassed staffing, scheduling, training of consulting staff and client teams, work flow analysis, methods and systems development and implementation. Achieved significant increases in client performance through the establishment of effective systems, policies and procedures, resulting in quality and productivity improvements ranging from 25% to 50%. Client ROI ranged from 3 to 9 times cost. Client savings ranged from .25MM to 10MM per annum (GM Corp., DuPont, Georgia Pacific, Kodak).

Program/Project Management -- Developed, implemented, and maintained major program/project management processes for Fortune clients. Oversaw the development and implementation of large-scale SAP program management process (including program office, personnel, polices, procedures) for Bristol-Myers Squibb that encompassed an international system rollout affecting over 22,000 BMS employees worldwide. Utilized best practice methods, practices, and procedures for consulting client PM activities.

Employee Involvement / TQM – Designed and administered an employee involvement program encompassing over 3000+ employees, both hourly and salaried, in a tough Management/ Union environment. Successfully addressed many longstanding plant and corporate issues. Problem identification and solution techniques were used to promote the establishment of (TQM) Natural Work Teams consisting of content-aligned, function-specific client personnel (Georgia Pacific Corporation.)

Production / JIT, Maintenance & Engineering Project Management – Determined specifications and costing to meet contractual requirements. Planned layouts for improved manufacturing flows. Developed and implemented production schedules and timetables base on JIT concepts and technologies. Analyzed manpower and equipment needs for plant manufacturing cycles. Developed and implemented operational systems and manuals to support
business performance improvements across multi-site client locations. Designed and implemented maintenance Management Control Systems improving equipment uptime as much as 25%. Have experience in working with engineering development environment for automotive design engineering for improved workflow and timeliness of design and drafting work as well as in the area of reliability and testing engineering process improvement.
