PG Consulting, JGI/Lawson Software, ERP Implementation, Sr. Consultant, Mr. Gamble’s primary role was to assist clients in implementing the human resource/payroll modules of the Lawson ERP package. His duties included providing onsite and offsite support, ensure tasks are completed timely, provide project manager with regular status reports, and act as a mentor for technical staff. Additional duties included preparation of conversion files, running Lawson conversion programs, system setup, process review, BSI setup, HR setup and testing for PSA, HR setup and testing, test plans, garnishments, using the Microsoft Office Add-Ins (MOA) to load additional legacy tables, project oversight, and troubleshooting. Mr. Gamble facilitated discussions to identify, map, and transform benefit processes. Mr. Gamble advised on the areas of activities setup, direct deposit, check vendors, time-entry, integration, PSA, processes, garnishments and benefits enrollment. In the area of change management, Mr. Gamble assessed the perception of the project held by various stakeholders. Clients included: ACTS Life, Molina Healthcare, Tatum LLC and Arcadia Resources
Pasadena Independent School District- IBM Global Services, ERP implementation, Payroll Lead, Mr. Gamble replaced the current IBM payroll lead on this project. Mr. Gamble’s role was to facilitate the design, development, implementation and training of payroll/leave processes for the Lawson ERP package. Mr. Gamble duties included identifying and resolving issues, reviewing current configuration, test planning, BSI configuration, uploading data, and logging customer support calls.
NCWISE- IBM Global Services, WBT development, Developer, Mr. Gamble’s role was to update/develop WBT courses. Mr. Gamble became proficient in the use of IBM’s Simulation Producer, Snag It and Macromedia’s Dreamweaver. Mr. Gamble additionally created a methodology to convert graphics.
Michaels Stores Inc. - IBM Global Services, Business Process Review and Redesign, Consultant, Mr. Gamble’s role was to assist Michaels Stores with the documentation of key current HR business processes and facilitate working sessions to design & document key future HR business processes. Mr. Gamble also revised the initial contract and increased the number of project hours. Mr. Gamble provided basic flow charts for current applicant, new associate hire, new contractor setup, associate data maintenance, contract/temp data maintenance, and associate separations.
Medstar- IBM Global Services, Post ERP Implementation Assistance, Consultant, Mr. Gamble’s role was to provide post GO LIVE assistance to payroll personnel. Additional duties included creating report queries (utilizing MOA) and configuring the Lawson MOA on desktop machines.
University of Wisconsin- Lawson Software, IBM Global Services, ERP Implementation Assessment, Payroll/QA Team Member, Mr. Gamble’s role was to provide Lawson payroll expertise and overall quality assurance during the assessment process. Additional duties included documentation, troubleshooting, testing, and review. Mr. Gamble also created process flows for preliminary custom solutions and assisted Lawson technical resources in streamlining processing time.
PG Consulting - Schafer Consulting, Cherokee Nation, ERP Implementation, Consultant, Mr. Gamble’s primary role was to assist the Cherokee Nation in implementing the human resource/payroll modules of the Lawson ERP package. His duties included providing onsite and offsite support, ensure deliverables are completed timely, provide project manager with regular status reports, and attend training seminars and network functions.
