EFT is Emotional Freedom Technique. It is an acupressure based healing method that involves tapping some places on the face, hands and chest, along with doing some other rather strange things, like rolling the eyes etc.
EFT ... often works where nothing else will.

EFT ... uses no drugs or equipment or needles
EFT ... is easily learned by anyone.
EFT ... can be self applied.
Although EFT can sometimes give what are apparently "miracle cures" in these areas, many complex problems such as depressive illness can take longer.
