My personal experience
The term that can best describe me is ''moderate'' and it was always necessary for me to deploy my best efforts to maintain a healthy balance in every aspect of my life.
I have been happily married to an extraordinary woman for the last 35 years, yet, divorced from my first wife after 8 years of marriage. I have learned to overcome intense grief through the death of my son, and as a therapist, have received as much as I have given. I have had successes and failures, and believe that if the sum of my successes exceeds the sum of my failures, I am a winner. I am a modern spiritual man and not necessarily religious (to me they are two different things) yet I am very well grounded in the physical. I work out as much spiritually, mentally than physically, and have been a lifelong martial arts fan.
My professional experience
I was a policeman, a salesman, a marketer, a manager, a business man and a body-psycho therapist, all the while alternating careers in the arts: music, drawing/painting, and writing. Aside from being a consultant/life coach, I also currently operate a successful sales and marketing brokerage firm. I have published four books and numerous articles on health related matters and I have hosted a series of television broadcasts on parapsychology and natural medecine. I was also a frequent guest on radio shows and have lectured in various health centers and universities.
I am a member of International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Ottawa Coaches Chapter (Ontario, Canada)
