I have been involved in the fitness industry for the last 20 years and working as a professional trainer for approximately 10 years. I am a competitive powerlifter and hold a number of atlantic and provincial titles. I work with many individuals including a world armwrestling champion, various sports teams, and have many weight loss clients. I helped one of my clients loose 105 pounds in 8 short months and maintain this weight loss for approximately a year.
