I have been using Creative Arts Therapy as a counselling and healing modality for over 10 years in a variety of settings like mental health, special education, eating disorders, prison, children and women issues.I use psychodynamic approach to work on issues of mental and emotional health using client solution focussed method of counselling and the expressive arts therapeutic medium like music, drawing, play , drama and movement.I also work with different ethnic groups from a variety of cultural backgrounds.

I have worked in hospitals, day centres, school boards as a Creative Arts therapist and a special needs educator. I also have had the opportunity to teach and cfacilitate workshops on numerous teachers training courses and international conferences like the National Assocation of Drama Therapy, ECarte, IDEA etc. I have also authored and co-authored in numerous journnals and also have to my credit a chapter in a book called the Healing the Inner City Child: Creative Arts Therapies With At-Risk Youth.
