LivePerson Customer Success offers Technical Solutions to help you personalize, extend, and integrate complex applications that address your unique business requirements. The Customer Success organization has a set of extensibility offerings centered around three key categories:

Visitor Experience

The LivePerson Platform provides several templates that allow you to personalize your visitors' experience. For instances when customers would like to provide customization beyond the templates, LivePerson Customer Success offers design and development services to personalize and create new visitor experiences that are specific to brand and style guidelines.

Integrations and APIs

LivePerson offers several APIs and SDKs that allow customers to build their own unique solutions. Whether it be an integration with a LivePerson Partner solution, your customer relationship management (CRM), Web analytics, or marketing automation systems, or even a third-party application running on your internal systems, Customer Success technical consultants can help you achieve your integration objectives.

Managed Technical Services

When customers have additional needs around testing, such as regression testing and quality assurance, LivePerson Customer Success offers services to support your testing needs. These services enable you to manage large changes within your environment, reducing time and costs for operational tasks.
