For over 20 years I have worked with anxious clients in my private practice and in hospitals. Some have had extraordinary experiences i.e. rape, domestic abuse, deaths of a loved one, etc. But most gradually lost interest in their lives, lost their motivation to change, felt hopeless, scare and worried. Many of them couldn't even identify what caused the change in their mood. Identifying the problem is the first step. I can help.I am in the Central Standard Time Zone and am mostly available for chat or by phone 10:00am to 6:00pm on Monday, 10:00am to 1:00pm Wed, and by appointment on Fri., Sat., and Sun. From time to time you may find me online on Tues, Wed & Thur. Emails will be answered as soon as possible and within 24 hours.
