I was first interested in property when I bought my first 2 properties in Australia in 2001. Since moving to the UK in 2002, I started investing in buy-to-let property in the UK. After realising the small gains in regards to the rental and capital growth, she started looking at overseas property.
I have previous experience as an overseas property consultant, and also experience as an estate agent and a marketing manager. I have been researching and following various overseas property markets for the past 3 years, and has invested herself in Brazil and Albania. I have travelled extensively through Europe, South East Asia, to the US, Caribbean, Egypt and Cape Verde.
I am constantly researching overseas markets, and studying emerging countries economics, to decide on the next destination and development to offer to investors.
