I have five plus years of experience as a Life Coach and therapist helping clients to deal with stress, anxiety, depression and low self esteem. All of my work is centered around changing my client's perspective so that they might 'see' themselves in an entirely new light. Once you see something from a different angle it often will look radically different. I also focus on the story that my client is telling themselves which usually is the root cause of why they view themselves the way they do. I am intuitive, compassionate, deeply empathetic and committed to helping my clients in any way possible.

Forrest is an exceptionally gentle and compassionate LifeCoach. His empathy and intuitiveness creates a very personalized and comforting atmosphere during our sessions together. Through Forrest's leading, he is teaching me to change my perspective on past events, current thought processes and a realization that my future has no limits.
He's opened my eyes to a new way of looking at my life and the thought patterns that flow around in my mind. His guidance through hypnosis is incredibly calming and brings such a peace and stillness to my otherwise hectic life. It has been a long time that I have been so relaxed and at peace!
