Please Note
|
Online counseling is not appropriate for all
kinds of problems. If you have suicidal thoughts, it's important that you seek help
immediately. You are not alone. If you are located in
the US, call
1-800-784-2433 or 911 and
ask for help. If you are outside the US,
look here
to find the support hotline in your country and area.

Intimacy - physical and emotional - is essential for any long-term intimate relationship to succeed. Our intimacy needs vary from each other, and thus do our relationships. One must truly know oneself first in order to be able to share our lives with another.
The quality of your intimacy can determine the quality of your relationships thus the quality of your life together, and the quality of your life altogether. When our relationships flourish so do our lives.
