I have a broad educational background which indcludes relationship and motivational coach training and community
college. The coaching skills I have devloped provide my clients with insightful guidance that helps them identify the causes of their discomfort and unhappiness and to
develope effective stratagies for avoiding being at the mercy of the difficulties facing them. I encourage everyone I work with to look deeply into themselves and take personal responsibility for the quality of their lives - to be awake in each present moment in order to feel fully alive and engaged with this awesome process we call life !

Experience & Qualifications

In order to become a motivational coach, I studied with a personal coach. I trained with, and worked for, an internationally known author of relationship books as an over-the-phone coach for one year. I have worked for two different companies over the past two years as an over-the-phone advisor. I have two years of community college education. In addtion to all of this - and of the most value - I have many years of life lessons to draw from. I am down to earth, spiritual, humorus, empathetic and rather "intuitive" as well. I look forward to speaking with each and every person who is guided to choose coaching sessions with me.
