Experience & Qualifications

Ms. Schoenick has over ten years of experience managing business and IT projects ranging in budget from 50k to 2.7mil. She has managed projects using various PM and SDLC methodologies. Before becoming a PMP, Ms Schoenick worked several years as a business systems analyst and is skilled at soliciting and documenting business and technical requirements. She has managed projects in several different industries including finance, communications and travel. In addition she is experienced working with multi national and co located teams. Her biggest multi national project was implementing and customizing a servicing system within one company for two countries. One of her greatest skills is applying theory in practice and knowing which tools to use depending on the situation. Currently, she is working on her masters in Project Management at George Washington University.
