Client satisfaction – Why am I a 5 Star reader?
Client satisfaction is at the heart of everything I do. I pride myself on offering a world class service. From my feedback you will be able to see for yourself that 99% of my clients are extremely satisfied with my readings. The majority give me a feedback of 5 stars, for which I am extremely grateful. The reason for this I believe is because I have a genuine care and concern for my clients and answer their questions with total honesty. Sometimes in my readings I am able to reveal information about marriages, births etc. which then results in a ‘wow!’ reading and resulting in glowing feedback. Please be aware that in this case I was just lucky enough to be able to pass on good news at that particular time. So please come to me expecting realism and not building up your own hopes unrealistically. I can’t predict a marriage and babies for everyone! I can only pass on what spirit reveals to me.
Why are one or two people less satisfied?
Because I deal in total honesty and reality, I also point out that I have one or two clients who were not as satisfied. Not many psychics would own up to that! But I do because I do not shy away from that and brush it under the carpet. There are a number of reasons that clients are not satisfied and I like to address those in order to manage people’s expectations. Unfortunately, as with anything in life, there are always people who are less satisfied with things than others. From my experience I have found that the clients who are less satisfied are usually the ones who had wholly unrealistic expectations or who nobody would be able to help (we all know people like that!). The people who are most satisfied are usually more involved in the process (see below for ‘how to get the best from my readings’) and live within the realms of reality and not fantasy.
How to get the best from my readings
I am very grateful for my 5 Star feedback and that is something I work hard to protect. Because of that I like to make it clear what you can expect from my readings and how you can get the best from them. From my experience I have found that the clients who are the most satisfied are the ones who got involved in the process, asking questions and opening up fully to the experience. The least satisfied clients are usually the ones who ask for a ‘general’ reading and then get upset that I couldn’t mind-read the burning question they had kept to themselves and had therefore been given the general reading they had asked for. By all means play ‘test the psychic’ if that’s something you enjoy, but remember I am a psychic, not a mind reader. I can’t know what you have on your mind.
