First of all, she definitely knew the situation. However, don't get your reading by phone. I've never talked to anyone who was so bored and indifferent. Almost distracted, as if I was interrupting her favorite TV program. On the one hand, it could mean that she's that good--and she certainly told me what I wanted to hear. It's one thing to be quick and to the point and not waste someone's time, but it's another to speak to an expert who is not in the least bit interested in speaking with you, or who just doesn't like you for some unknown reason. It's that "Wow--what did I do?" feeling that would prevent me from ever coming back.
