My areas of expertise include addiction counseling, specifically shoplifting, shopping, and exercise addictions, as well as eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, and laxative abuse.

I have a unique qualification in that not only did I receive a degree in the study of psychology, I also have personally suffered from an eating disorder, shoplifting, and exercise addiction. I have worked extensively with a LCSW and forensic psychologist to overcome these mental illnesses, and have firsthand knowledge of how these mental diseases can affect a person's life. I can offer traditional therapeutic practices such as behavior modification, but can personally assess each individual case and work one-on-one to come up with the most suitable and effective type of therapy for that person. I am compassionate, patient, and trustowrthy, and I believe that someone who has been in your shoes and can truly understand what you are going through will be able to give you the most personal and effective counseling.
