I am a professional Drug & Alcohol Counsellor and am Professionally Registered. I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. My experience has spanned Mental Health, Autism and Challenging Behaviour and Criminal Justice and I have worked in Community Rehab settings delivery both one-to-one sessions as well as Group Interventions as well as a Secure Unit for Young Offenders whom have Drug & Alcohol Dependency. My work is strictly confidential and I am open and honest but above all empathetic with the realisation that any Addiction is a relapsing condition and understand and work in a Holistic and Person-Centered approach.
I would recommend 3 sessions for a brief intervention and longer sessions at weekly intervals for more in-depth issues.
