Really seemed to have a grasp on the situation...without a lot of info from my end which made me feel more at ease and like she truly "got" the situation. Her advice was sound and realistic. I appreciated her honesty. Aside form this i also experienced that she is more concerned with helping than with making money here and that was especially noticed and appreciated.
