I have been involved in property in Bulgaria since 2004. I have personally purchased 12 properties and have helped numerous clients purchase rural houses.
Initially I put down a deposit on an apartment in Bansko but due to many issues with the developer and agent, I pulled out and successfully sued the agent and got my money back from the developer.
I now spend time reviewing matters for others in similar situations and advising on ways forward to get their money back, complete on a purchase or get a more favourable outcome.
