I am working for UK based insurance company as a webMethods Developer in EAI practice. I have worked for largest retail company in Australia and New Zealand by market capitalization and sales. Client’s day-to-day business operations are based on many applications used for various operations like store order management, purchase order management, warehouse management system, transport management system, vendor quality check, B2B applications, customer loyalty applications and many more. All these applications work on different platforms i.e. Mainframes, Unix/Linux, Windows, SAP, J2EE etc.
As a webMethods Support Consultant my role includes servicing Change Requests/Service Requests and maintenance of webMethods components across the Client’s webMethods enterprise. Most of my work is focused on problem management for Client’s webMethods enterprise which includes coordination with various teams for critical issues, code fixes, performance improvements and providing proactive value addictions. I am also mentoring the new joiners/fresher in EAI and Project Specific Areas.
