I have worked very closely with Canadian development Agency, WORLD BANK, Asian Development Bank, IRD, and Private Financial Institutions to develop various commercial and developmental projects in China, Thailand, Peru, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Venezuela, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Brazil etc
I have been involved in negotiating and signing of large infrastructure, Poverty Reduction, Agriculture, Human Resource Development, Energy, Transportation, Telecomm , Power Generation and Transmission line Projects on Global Scale. Some of the project’s capital cost was of the magnitude of over 2 billion dollars.
I was trained as an accountant and did work as an accountant, Budget Analyst, System Analyst, Financial Analyst reporting to BOARD OF DIRECTORS of the firm for about 9 years on monthly operations of the companies and recommending measures to control costs where needed. I was then offered a job in international business development and ended up as VP INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND PROJECT FINANCING FOR 10 YEARS and signed contracts for very large major projects in Asia and Latin America financed by WORLD BANK, ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK and other FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS.I was involved from identification of opportunities to the completion of the projects
I have worked extensively with International agencies and written and directed Proposals for GRANT FUNDING and got on average of 2 to 3 million dollars a year to start developmental projects in developing countries in ASIA, Africa, and Latin America. I have also used some very innovative financing packages to jump start developmental projects

• Twenty five years of progressively intensive experience as a Senior Corporate Executive, Entrepreneur & Consultant for major International Corporations to assist and help them to secure Consulting Contracts on worldwide basis. Clients included World Bank, AsDB, AIDB, IFC, Canadian International Development Agency LUFTHANSA, BC HYDRO, Hydro Quebec, NS POWER, ACRES CONSULTING, CICC, and DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY of CANADA. Sichuan Power company of CHINA, CIBC, AI Funds.
• Educated and trained in Accounting and finance, initially worked as an Accountant ant and Financial Analyst but then was offered job in business development ,Marketing and project financing and stayed in that field as VP International Business Development.
• MY major achievements included, increase of International Revenues of the Employers and the clients and helped to sign Consulting Services contracts for projects with capital cost of over 10billion$over a period of 10 years. Principal responsibilities included Business Development, Profit & Loss Statements, Contract Negotiations, Project Financing, Proposal Preparation Advice, Government Relations, and formation of Strategic Alliances, Networking at decision Making Levels, Identification of Markets, Marketing Plans, Corporate Development, Project Financing, Budgets, and BOOT/BOOM FINANCING.
