9) Providing businesses with a comprehensive annual check-up tool that evaluates every key area that impacts the organization's success. Once completed I assist business leaders with addressing each area of the check-up where there is a problem and provide solutions.
10) Assisting businesses with considering options for credit problems, assessing potential acquisitions or dispositions, evaluating joint venture and new business relationship opportunities, assisting with a sale or merger, and providing succession planning advice.
11) Providing prototype documents for almost every business function to include draft policies, draft procedures, draft forms, draft contracts, etc.
12) Providing coaching on time management tools, balancing personal and business functions for small business executives, team building and grooming talent from within organizations.

Experience & Qualifications

28 years of successful, executive healthcare and service industry experience including ten years of small business ownership. My experience has included multiple business start-ups, turnarounds, refocusing of organizations, and taking greater than 50 organizations through strategic planning processes that resulted in achieving specific goals, objectives an timelines for performance. Have been able to meet or exceed budgets in 26 of 28 years as an organizational executive and recently sold a company that I grew as principal from inception to over $12 Million in annual revenue over a 10 year period serving in both CEO and CFO roles. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of business ownership and management. Excellent teacher, trainer and "out of the box" thinker who can help solve even the toughest business problems.
