I am Shinpiden level in the Usui Reiki Ryoho branch of Reiki, a branch which emphasizes traditional Japanese teachings. This equates with the Master-Teacher level in Western Reiki traditions.
I work with Reiki daily, with meditations and energy work, and am constantly exploring and learning more about the system and the energy. I meet with other Reiki masters as often as I can to share insights and teachings.
I have been a Reiki practioner since early 2006..
