What is Reiki? Reiki is a Japanese word which means "Universal Energy". Reiki practitioners channel this healing energy for the benefit of others. I am now offering this healing Reiki energy via distance for all who want to receive or need this amazing healing power!
I use the "Teddy Bear Technique" which is one of the known Reiki terms for via distance healing. In short, the recipient accepts the Reiki energy from the teddy bear where I send the energy into.
Reiki works on all levels simultaneously - the mind, body, emotions and soul to achieve balance and harmony within you. This is the basis of how Reiki works. In achieving balance, your body is naturally able to heal. In turn, Reiki serves as an accelerator to your natural healing powers within. What makes you imbalanced you may ask? Stress is the leading cause of imbalance which causes a series of problems.
During the session, the first thing you will feel is a calm and relaxed state in which Reiki energy can work effectively and efficiently. The more balanced you are the easier your body is able to heal. Reiki strengthens your natural balance within to keep you at your optimum health. The benefits of Reiki are just limitless!
The general outcome after a session is feeling refreshed, pain-free, stress-free, serene and increased energy. Most feel almost immediately that any pain they had felt disappears. I have received various responses from people in which some describe it to feeling enveloped in a warm blanket of loving energy.
The best thing about Reiki is that your symptoms do not return because it is healing you profoundly on all levels. However, if you have a serious or chronic condition multiple sessions are advisable until your symptoms are completely gone. Your body will pick up the healing Reiki energy where it left off the next time you have another session.
General Guidelines:
A full frontal body Reiki scan lasts for approximately 40-60 minutes. Additionally, if you need extra concentration on a specific area that may take up to 60-90 minutes.

Additionally, if you are taking medication, Reiki works in conjunction with this and will alleviate the side effects. Please do not discontinue taking any prescribed medication from your doctor/physician.

Experience & Qualifications

I hold two Usui Shiko Ryoho Reiki Certificates - Reiki level I and II. Reiki II allows me to send healing energy via distance wherever you are in the world. I have been doing Reiki healing for over 9 years for various different ailments ranging from headaches, anxiety, depression to healing a dislocated forearm back into place.
