Here are just a few of my qualifications: • Human Resources: Monitor and provide direct support for employee recruitment and hiring process, processed over 100-300 new-hires, application acceptances and denials per month, maintain HR information systems and databases. Amass and keep personnel records. Record employee data, such as personal information, absences, salary, escalation reports, and date of and reason for termination. • Administrative Skills: Detailed-oriented and very organized multi-tasked; serve as primary point of contact for and liaison between management, personnel, clients and vendors. Maintain excellent written and oral communication skills. Provide administrative/secretarial support to Managers and Directors such as composing correspondence and memos from dictation, verbal direction, and composing and editing of agendas and minutes of meetings. • Customer Service: Provide assistance and support to customers by problem solving, answering customer inquires regarding products, services and accounts. Demonstrate satisfactory customer service by implementing policies and procedures. Assist in the training of new representatives and associates. Cultivate positive and enduring relationships with customers. • Special Qualifications and Computer Proficiencies : Proficient in all Microsoft Office software/programs (including XP and Windows Vista) and Genesis, very familiar with office equipment, office practices and procedures, excellent computer and communication skills, typing speed 45-65 wpm, quick learner and a team player. Also had 4 years of Advance Computer Information Systems, as well as Business Management classes, and over 7 years of customer service experience.
