I am a stay at home mother to 3 children, ranging in ages from 14 months to ten years. A wide variety of life experiences has given me a unique perspective on parenting and life in general. Some of these include:
*Former step-parent of multi-diagnosis, special needs child (autism, adhd, behavioral disorder).
*Parent of child with history of epilepsy, brain surgery and subsequent physical and cognitive limitations.
*Was home-schooled as a child and currently have children in the public school system.
*Varied circumstances regarding pregnancy and breastfeeding offer a unique view on challenges faced and public opinion.
*Personal history of divorce and step-parent relationship issues.
