Everyone can benefit from hiring a Personal Trainer. People that are new to exercise will benefit by learning how to properly and safely use cardio and weight lifting equipment. An experienced fitness enthusiast can also benefit from using My Own Personal Training Skills to help me develop an ever changing routine to keep my workouts exciting and fresh.
As a Personal Trainer my goals have always been to be a good listener and a motivator to push you through those tough workouts when you would rather be sitting home and relaxing (we all have those days). A Personal Trainer is NOT a social therapist but I will always lend an ear when you are having a bad day.
I will provide a training session or two, so that you can see if my style or instruction is going to be something you are comfortable with and you feel you can work with. Some people need a Drill Sergeant style of trainer and some need more of a gentle encourager. Please keep in mind that no matter what my training style of coaching may be you need give maximum effort to gain maximum results.
