I have a 1st Class degree in Computing and Information Systems from Manchester University, UK.
I have worked in the software industry since 1991, starting my career with ICL (now Fujitsu). During this time I worked in several areas of the software development lifecyle including:-
- Database and Application design.
- Programming.
- Running a support team for international customers.
- Integration Test Manager for a large development project, including the use of automated testing tools.
Since 1999, I have run my own UK-based software company, providing design, development, support and testing services.
I have worked, over the years, with several major clients including the BBC, Deutsche Presse-Agentur (www.dpa.de) and Securicor UK.
