I'm a stron believer in the body mind connection and I know that joy, laughter and happiness can heal. I'm a California State Certified post Secondary Vocational Education Instructor in the field of Hypnotherapy. I currently teach at HCH Institute, one of the oldest Hypnotherapy Schools in the United States. I train Hypnotherapists from around the world in Pain Removal Techniques, Inner Healer work, Death Dying Grief and Loss,Hypnosis for Weight Management, The Art of Powerful Positive Suggestion, Bilateral Stimulation, Preparation for Surgical Procedure, Skill Rehersal and Sports Psychology, and The Business of Hypnotherapy. I have a thriving practice with officed in Sacramento and Lafayette California. I also work with clients over the phone and computer from all over the United States. My training includes a six month internship and a six month externship in clinical hypnotherapy with supervision from hypnotherapists with over 20 years of clinical experience. I'm also certified in Energy Therapies such as Reiki, EFT and Quantum Touch Healing. I completed Life Coach training in 2005 and have added these skills to my non trance work with clients. I am the creator of a group process called TranceBreakers and have lead over 120 groups through this life changing technique. My life purpose is to help others become their true selves and live the lives they most desire. Before becoming a hypnotherapist I worked for 18 years in broadcast news and was a television reporter, producer, assignment editor and news director. I ended my career running a 70 person news operation inthe 20th largest TV market int he country.
