Working as Accounts officer responsible for
• Financial & Management Reporting to Senior Management on Monthly basis.
• Doing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Closing entries.
• Preparing account reconciliations and resolving inconsistencies.
• Managing Letters of Credit (LC’s) and bank guarantees.
• Managing accounts payable and, preparing payments according to the agreed credit terms and reconciling accounts.
• Managing receivables, ensuring all the debts are received from debtors in timely and in efficient manner and preparing detailed aging reports for the use of senior management.
• Maintaining Fixed asset register of the company.
• Preparing Bank reconciliations.
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and Sales and Operational Plans (SOP).
• Reviewing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance in different areas of business including review of sox compliance reports generated from system.
• Calculating Commissions and Bonuses for Sales agents.
• Managing inter branch transactions, and doing reconciliation.
• Ensure accuracy of information contained in the financial reports & their compliance with statutory requirements & general accounting standard.
