I have many years of experience working in Critical Care Nursing including immediate post-op care of Open Heart Surgery patients. Job titles include Head Nurse, Charge Nurse and am presently an Administrative Supervisor of Nursing. Enjoy mentoring new graduates and nurses entering new area of nursing. I feel that intelligence is not knowing everything, but knowing where to find the answers. I also believe that a student graduating with a high GPA doesn't make them a good nurse; it takes experience, common sense, and seeking guidance from others.
