I have been working with desktop computers since 1980, as a user, support technician and programmer in the areas of science and accounting. For the last 11 years I have worked as a freelance troubleshooter, trainer and advisor for home users, business and educational institutions. I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Computing and Manufacturing and a Certificate in Web Applications Development from the Open University in the UK, along with a City & Guilds Adult Teaching Qualification.
