Senior counselor for the U.S. Naval Hospitals in San Diegom and Oakland, California for three years. Twenty years working with injured persons including closed head injury, amputations, blindness, orthopedic injuries, and drug and alcohol addiction, to reach maximum medical improvement and develop new life goals leading to successful re-adjustment to life's demands. Experience working with Veterans at two medical centers, Battle Creek, MI and New Orleans, La. In and out patient substance abuse counseling at both hospitals. I have experience working with Mentally Impaired and Mentally retarded patients in foster homes.
