Experience & Qualifications

* More than 15 years Unix administration experience out of which the last 5 years were management of the large HP-UX site at Intel Israel’s design centre (IDC) at Haifa, Israel, and at the rest of Intel Israel.
* While managing at IDC, I was responsible for the smooth and efficient running of some 400 PA-RISC and Itanium HP servers/workstations used to design the next generations of Intel microprocessors, Intel networking components and Intel internal software tools.
* Along with the machines, I supported the 2000 Engineers at Intel Israel, with Operating System’s related problem, performance issues, and training.
* IDC is a highly heterogeneous site, consisting also of Linux, AIX, Solaris, and MS Windows systems, with all my HP-UX systems seamlessly interacted.
* In my previous jobs I managed sites consisting machines running HP-UX, AIX, Solaris, SunOS, DEC Unix, Linux as well as various flavours of MS Windows
