Over 25 years experience with herbs and natural remedies. I have always been interested in herbs, vitamins and natural healing as my Grandmother and mother were "medicine woman". My mother thankfully passed on her experience to me. But I wanted more so I studied and learned. Through years of trial error and success I have found many wonderful uses for herbs, essential oils and vitamins. Nature has given us the tools it is up to us to discover her secrets.

Over 25 years experience with herbs and natural remedies. I started using aromatherapy in my salon. I am a hairdresser/esthetician by trade. I started with Aromatherapy about 20 years ago as I had clients with terrible scalp conditions that doctors could not clear up..I too suffered with sensitive skin...I bought some "natural remedies" they turned out to be bogus...I decided I need to make my own. Only then could I control the quality. It was a miracle and it lead me to treating facial and back skin problems. One of my favorite oils was one I made for relaxation, soon my clients were sleeping in my facial room...The insomnia oil was born!
I believe in integrated medicine both natural and tradition belong in our worlds. But why not make your own beauty products, cleaners, pest control items or natural remedies that help us feel better faster?
