I'm an A+ Certfied Computer Technician, as well as experienced with CCNA coursework, having been involved with the computer field for over 10 years, and actively working in a large scale networked environment for the past three. I've specialized in PC repair and troubleshooting, in both hardware and software (primarily WIntel and Unix systems), and am more than willing to help with any problems that people may encounter.

I've worked as a Senior Computer Technician for the University of Connecticut Libraries system for the past two years, working on many of the problems encountered with the staff machines already in place and the network itself (as well as virus issues, NIMDA specifically); Coordinated an MS Outlook 2000 rollout to over 200+ staff computers, as well as having a hand in the widescale upgrade/new installation of several hundred computers within our infrastructure.
