I started investing 7 years ago, and I have bought and sold over 300 single family and smaller multi-family properties (less than 20 units). About half of my current business is wholesaling, in which I quickly resell properties to other investors, many times without even purchasing the property myself. The other half of my business is rentals & notes, both of which generate long term passive income, and also rehabbing properties to resell on the retail market. I have mentored and consulted hundreds of new and experienced investors in all aspects of residential investing. Wholesaling, rentals, rehabs, and notes.

Experience & Qualifications

I have extensive experience in several aspects of residential real estate investing. Out of about 350 properties that I've bought, I'm currently holding about 40 of them as rentals and notes. The rest I have resold, many times through assigning the contract or double closing on the property (buying and selling it the same day). For the first several years in the business I did all my own remodeling and maintenance on my properties. I'm not active in that aspect anymore but I still have a very acute understanding of all aspects of remodeling.
