My Expert Service

I provide counselling and guidance for people who are looking to get the most out of their workouts. The vast majority of what people are told about how to workout is either incorrect or misrepresented. I will show people how to get the most out of their time and effort, so that they can be as capable as possible. I am NOT a personal trainer, but a strength and conditioning professional who looks to improve people's performance, and as a result can get people into the best shape possible.

Experience & Qualifications

I have been a professional strength coach for almost 20 years and during this time have conducted over 30,000 private personal strength and conditioning sessions. I own and operate a private, personal strength and conditioning facility that has been in business since 1989. We have conducted well-over 100,000 private, personal sessions at our facility and my system is designed to adjust to the needs of the diverse needs of the community. Additionally, I am the head strength and conditioning coach at the high school level and have worked with kids of all ages and ability levels. I have spent thousands of additional hours working with teams and kids from youth level on up through the college ranks. Additionally, I am a free-lance fitness writer who has appeared on ESPN as an expert in the field of performance enhancing drugs and how these drugs effect sport and athletes, I have been featured in the New York Post in this same capacity and work as a consultant with several New York City newspaper sports writers helping them to understand the complex relationship between performance enhancing drugs, conditioning for sports and how the two are related. I also produce all the content for the website healthandfitnessadvice.com and am a featured writer on blogcritics.org and dietdetective.com.
