I am a seasoned HR Professional, who's got hands on experience on HR issues. With a specialized degree in Human Resources(HR), I have command on the theoretical aspects as well as practical expertise in the field of HR. My Work Experiences includes working with the UK's biggest retailer Marks & Spencer M&S as a Training Coordinator, where I have prepared training manuals and delivered trainings on customer services, employee engagement and best work practices. Working with the Cardiff County Council as an HR Administrator has given me the insight of HR, starting from Recruitment, Employee relations, disciplinary & grievances, sickness & absence, time management, flexi working, rewards & benefits, performance appraisals and Training & Development. Currently I am working as a HR Manager in a Not for Profit Organization where I provide advice to the Line managers and to formulate and implement organization wide HR policies.
