I was trained as a coach in 1999 and coached many colleagues, family members and friends since then. I have an IT background, studied Computer Science at the University in Delft, Netherlands; Started as a programmer; team lead, manager, CEO, senior manager in a few international management consulting firms and now managing in my own company.
