I have years of experience working directly with people in diverse professional settings and I am seeking to leverage my experience in an online customer service position. I have managed a store in all areas of customer relations, sales generation and reporting, banking, workflow management, staff training and supervision, and problem resolution. Much of my experience is transferrable, specifically in the areas of sales and customer service support. I am looking forward to utilizing this experience to provide the best service. I was a store manager for Spencer Gifts from September 2003 - June 2007 at this company I would handle customer inquiries and complaints, supervise employees and scheduling, loss prevention tactics and banking procedures and worked alongside the district and regional manager.
I was the office manager for Innovative Pest management from January 2005 - June 2007 at this company I did the scheduling, sales, billing, and customer service. I was a customer service representative for the Hartford Insurance from July 2007 - September 2008 here I worked in a call center style setting handling 50+ calls per day and I would also answer online requests when I wasn't on a call. It consisted of handling customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions and payment extension/service requests. I can successfully managed a high-volume workload within a deadline-driven environment.
Currently I am running a small business providing party services such as photography and I hand make invitations and greeting cards. I am very computer savvy and attend online schooling in computer science.
